Cookies are small text files placed on your device by a website. Related technologies, including local storage and session storage, allow a website to remember information in your browser.

We do not use advertising cookies, cross-site tracking, remarketing pixels or third-party analytics on this website. Because we set only strictly necessary storage, no consent banner is displayed.

• Authentication storage (client portal): a session token held in your browser's local storage by our authentication provider so that you remain signed in. Cleared when you sign out. Necessary for the portal to work.
• Language preference: stores your choice of English, French or Swahili so the site loads in that language on your next visit.
• Security and load-balancing cookies: set by our hosting and content delivery infrastructure to route requests, mitigate abuse and protect against automated attacks. Typically session-length.

Some pages embed third-party content that may set its own cookies when it loads: the Google Maps frame on our Contact page, and market data requested from third-party price and foreign exchange providers.

These providers are independent controllers of any data they collect. Their own privacy and cookie notices apply, and we do not control or receive that data. If you prefer to avoid them, block third-party cookies for this site or avoid pages that embed them.

Independently of cookies, our hosting infrastructure records standard request logs, including IP address, timestamp, requested page, referrer and user agent, for security, abuse prevention and diagnostics. These logs are retained for a limited period and are not used to build marketing profiles.

Every major browser lets you view, block and delete cookies and site data through its settings or privacy menu, and offers a private browsing mode that clears storage when the window closes.

Blocking strictly necessary storage will prevent the client portal from keeping you signed in and may cause your language preference to reset, but the public pages of the website will continue to work.

If we introduce analytics or any non-essential cookies in future, we will update this policy and implement a consent mechanism before those cookies are set for visitors in jurisdictions that require consent.
